TRANSPORT
Carrying goods which are considered dangerous - ADR - requires following the
rules described in the International Convention on ADR and, consequently, the
principles in relation to the vehicle equipment, staff training, proper
protection of cargo, and conformity with legal requirements, which our
company complies with. Strict regulations determine the conditions of:
marking, packaging, transport, storage, safety measures of carriage and
trade of dangerous goods. We transport goods in all conditions including
ADR transport under controlled temperature. Trying to meet European
requirements our employees obtained in 2000 from the Ministry of
Transport the Certificate for a Safety Adviser for the Transport
of Dangerous Goods ADR-DGSA which is conformable with the directive
of the European Union.
As a part of cooperation, our company provides our customers with the information concerning the degree of danger, requirements for obtaining suitable permits for the import of goods from respective authorities, terms of transport, determination of the classes of product safety, the requirement of holding licenses by the staff, and legal liability.
